Our range of after school clubs gives students the opportunity to explore everything from Robotics to Films to Ecology. The PE department have developed hugely successful sports teams and offer the opportunity for students to develop their leadership skills through sports leader programmes and awards, transition activities and sporting activities for students, irrespective of sporting ability. 

We have widened our offering of clubs to give more opportunities for example the Trentham Academy Chess Club has recently started and has already taken part in national and international matches, such as our recent remotely arranged match versus a school in Greece. 

All of our students have the opportunity to explore the expressive arts through our three productions and shows per year. In previous years, our students have produced Grease, Annie and many other classic shows.
