Contacting Staff

We understand that occasionally you may need to speak to a member of staff about an urgent matter. We would ask that wherever possible you ring or email before you come into the Academy, so that we can ensure a private space and the correct member of staff is available to deal with your concerns. We cannot disturb staff in lessons or meetings and to avoid a wasted journey we ask that appointments are made in advance.

Your concerns are very important to us and we want to make sure they are dealt with quickly and in complete confidence.

Please contact our main reception number on 01782 883200 who will gladly take a message and your contact details. As per our policy, our staff will endeavour to return your call as soon as feasibly possible but this can take up to 72 hours.
