I have a deep-rooted love for science, which led me to become a Chemistry teacher. I joined Trentham Academy in 2015 and became Head of Science in 2018—an exciting challenge that’s allowed me to lead a highly successful, city-leading department. My passion for teaching and learning and all things curriculum drives my commitment to creating a stimulating, supportive environment where students are encouraged to aspire, endeavour and achieve. In my senior leadership role of Assistant Principal, I lead on curriculum, assessment and data across the academy. Having worked at Trentham for 11 years, I’m excited to be part of the next chapter in its continued success.
